Kristen Grant, MLADC
Kristen Grant is a MLADC and IDSP for the state of New Hampshire and is licensed for the state of Maine. She offers virtual appointments with evening and weekend availability. She has over seven years of experience as a therapist treating individuals with diverse diagnoses and has over 16 years experience in the mental health field. Kristen believes there is no one size fits all path towards recovery and she will work with individuals to help them find their own path. Kristen also completes one time substance use evaluations as ordered by the court.
Rooted Therapeutic Wellness, LLC can provide several treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, MI, Trauma focused ACT. Kristen is experienced in treating individuals with depression, life stressors, anxiety, PTSD, grief, OCD and other mental health challenges. Kristen has a strong passion supporting first responders and also has experience working with neuro diverse individuals and the LGBTQ+ community.
